As the software is provided for free for non–commercial usage, please keep in mind that we cannot help everyone with installation and configuration of the software.
We try our best to provide the most detailed documentation on the website with the examples covering the most typical scenarios. We work on adding more log formats and reports, so you can get the best possible analytics for your website, but we do this for free.
This basically means, that you will most likely not get a reply from us, unless:
- you have a commercial license;
- you report a bug or crash (and provide a detailed report);
- you ask to support a log format (and provide a good sample file and details);
- you suggest a feature (and provide a detailed explanation of why it is needed).
In most other cases your email will unfortunately be ignored. Sorry about that.
